Tsunami Parenting No Task for the Faint at Heart. This is a great article on couples having to carry on with the daily responsibility of parenting, no matter that their lives have been torn apart. They are doing so with strength and courage, dignity and grace.
I love these stories because they show our ability to endure, no matter what is happening to us. And, that when it comes to the power to endure, whether you are Japanese or an American, the human spirit knows no differences.
We all need times of peace and ease in our lives. But, perhaps, the human spirit also craves opportunities to show itself in all its glory. To see, first hand, that we alone are meaning makers and responsible for bringing about fulfillment, no matter what our circumstance.
Right on!
Glad you liked the article. Deborah
